Hussey Fraser’s Employment Law team is experienced in providing employers with advice and representation in meeting claims made by employees relating to dismissals, redundancy, bullying and harassment cases as well as complaints to the Workplace Relations Commission (formerly the Employment Appeals Tribunal) and the Labour Court. The WRC is granting dates for adjudication of claims within six months and it is, therefore, imperative that employers seek advice as soon as a claim is notified to them.
